Park Steward: Volunteer Needed

Driscoll Road Landing is just upstream from the Route 9 overpass. There is a parking lot and kiosk, which provides an entrance to a lovely trail down to the creek. Ferns, wetlands, and bird songs abound.

It is a 0.2-mile portage from the parking lot to the creek, so be ready to carry your boat and equipment, but the path is good. Once at the creek take a left turn slightly downstream, where you will find a picnic table and plenty of room to assemble before putting in. The entrance to the creek can be a bit tricky but is manageable and provides an excellent entry for a downstream journey towards Blodgett Landing.
