It is time to get that trash out of the creek! Please join Friends of the Kayaderosseras for our spring Creekside clean-up event this Sunday (May 15). We’ll meet at 9am at Kelley Park in the Village of Ballston Spa, and then fan out to improve various locations within the watershed. The good news / bad news is that, in the last four years, we’ve averaged more than 1 ton of garbage per clean-up. The creek benefits from your help!
We’ll meet at 9am on Sunday at Kelley Park (site of recent trout-stocking event), and coffee and bagels will be provided at the start. Look forward to seeing you! Also note that the spring creek-tenders paddle is coming up (May 21).
