Summer Trail Crew 2025 is spending August 2nd at Axe Factory Preserve! Join our team of volunteers to cut and remove fallen trees, and place stepping stones.

We will meet at the park entrance on Axe Street.

Wear sneakers or boots, bring work  gloves, bug repellant, and water.

If you want to help with the stepping stones, wear gloves and sturdy shoes that can get wet. 

Bring clippers or loppers, if you have them. We will bring extra if we can and supply rock-moving equipment.

Rain Date for this event is Sunday, August 3rd at 1oam.

Getting together with friends for a casual work party in the woods is a great way to kick off the weekend. Many hands make light work, so the more people show up, the better the camaraderie and the quicker we get the work done.

Save the Date for our Summer Trail Crew 2025! Just like last year, we’ll meet up at different locations each Saturday during July and August to clear trails and complete projects to make sure our trails are clear and accessible.
