Summer Trail Crew 2025 kicks off on July 12 at Kelley Park! Join our team of volunteers to cut back the brush on the John Romano Nature Trail.

This is a lovely trail along the creek that goes about a quarter mile from the back of the meadow to the railroad trestle downstream.

We will meet at the cul-de-sac at the end of East Grove Street (drive slowly).

Wear sneakers or boots, bring work  gloves, bug repellant, and water.

Bring clippers or loppers, if you have them. We will bring extra if we can!

Rain Date for this event is Sunday, July 13 at 1oam.

Getting together with friends for a casual work party in the woods is a great way to kick off the weekend. Many hands make light work, so the more people show up, the better the camaraderie and the quicker we get the work done.

Save the Date for our Summer Trail Crew 2025! Just like last year, we’ll meet up at different locations each Saturday during July and August to clear trails and complete projects to make sure our trails are clear and accessible.
